1 and ½ cups Quinoa flour
1 cup raw cacao
2/3 of a cup coconut oil
1 1/3 cups almond milk
2 tbspn vanilla extract
3 teaspoons of baking powder
Put everything together in a blender, oil the cake pan and preheat the oven to 350º. Bake cake for about 25 to 30 min.
Optional: after blending cake ingredients, add sliced almonds or crunched walnuts.
