The first full moon of the year, is 18º Cancer with the Sun in Capricorn, on the 9th, at 3:30 Am (Eastern Time) motivating us to balance our inner needs with the external duties and obligations. This opposition, Cancer /Capricorn represents the mother and the father; caring and emotional needs versus responsibilities and focus on work.
Again Cancer is in the spot light, the first full moon of 2012 is in your sign, which is an indication that you are up to concluding and finishing some important projects or tasks. It’s going to be a fun and romantic day, but you have to control your excessive sensibility or you can bore your friends and family.
